Read access first, then write with guardrails, is a much cleaner path than the one I took. I use Claude Code for life and business work more than code, and its reach just kept creeping outward from notes and files. Now when a login stands between it and a task, it reads the two-factor code off my phone and keeps going. I never planned that. It was just the next piece of friction worth removing. Where would you put 2FA codes on your trust ladder? I'm not sure they fit neatly into the brokered-credential setup you describe.

Great framework. The "context injection is the bottleneck" insight is spot on.

I'd add one layer to the "treat agents like junior devs" model: juniors don't just need instructions — they need a code review checklist targeted at their specific blind spots. AI agents have predictable blind spots: error handling, resource cleanup, dependency hallucination, architectural drift.

I built this as a Cursor/Claude Code skill — 98 lines that make the agent scan its own output for these exact patterns before presenting it. Think of it as a post-generation quality gate that runs inside the agent, not in CI.
